摘 要:本文选取了第四轮学科评估中新闻传播学评级为B级及以上的24所院校2017—2022年新引进且承担教学科研工作的青年人才作为研究对象,从多个指标角度建立了当前学科青年师资的结构画像。研究发现,这一批新进青年人才在国际化、前沿性和跨学科交叉方面表现出前所未有的强势,但也存在子学科失衡、教学科研分立等突出问题。通过访谈发现,当前学科青年师资问题背后同时存在结构性与非结构性的原因,关注青年人才问题、做更精细的引育规划,对于新闻传播学科未来发展意义重大。This paper selects the newly introduced young talents who undertake teaching and research work from 24 colleges and universities with grade B or above in journalism and communication in the fourth round of discipline evaluation from 2017 to 2022 as the research object,and establishes the structural portrait of the current young teachers in the discipline from the perspective of multiple indicators.The study found that this group of young talents showed unprecedented strength in internationalization,frontier and interdisciplinary cross,but there were also prominent problems such as the imbalance of sub-disciplines and the separation of teaching and research.Through the interview,it is found that there are both structural and non-structural reasons behind the current problem of young teachers in the discipline.Paying attention to the problem of young talents and making more detailed education planning are of great significance for the future development of journalism and communication discipline.
