摘  要:在现代玻璃、水泥、钢铁等行业,氮氧化物(NO_(X))作为原烟气中的重要污染物,一直是环保处理的难点、痛点。国内脱硝技术发展较晚,且存在SCR反应器堵塞、喷氨过量,脱硝后端换热器堵塞、腐蚀的问题。本方案拟对源头NO_(X)进行检测,对运行过程中的NO_(X)浓度变化进行预测,并对出口排放的NO_(X)浓度进行修正,依据自动控制系统对相关数据进行分析,采用高精度喷氨阀组自动调节喷氨量,实现精准喷氨的目的。In modern glass,cement,steel and other industries,nitrogen oxides(NO_(X)),as an important X pollutant in raw flue gas,have always been a difficult and painful point in environmental protection treatment.The development of domestic denitrification technology is relatively late,and there are problems such as SCR reactor blockage,excessive ammonia injection,blockage and corrosion of the denitrification back-end heat exchanger.This plan aims to detect NO_(X) at the source,predict changes in NO_(X) concentration during the process,and correct the NO_(X) concentration emitted from the outlet. Based on the analysis of relevant data by the automatic control system,a high-precision ammonia injection valve group will be used to automatically adjust the ammonia injection amount,achieving the goal of precise ammonia injection.
