摘  要:为了降低隧道穿越裂隙岩体施工的风险,探讨注浆浆液的流变行为,包括黏性、塑性等,并对比分析目前计算中常用的牛顿流体和宾汉姆流体在裂隙岩体中的扩散规律。研究表明,注浆压力、时间、裂隙宽度和浆液特性对浆液扩散效果有显著影响,注浆压力越大,注浆时间越长,裂隙宽度越大,则浆液的扩散半径越大。牛顿浆液由于其黏性浆液的特性,黏度越高则注浆压力的衰减速度越快,这是因为高黏度浆液在流动时遇到的阻力更大;宾汉姆浆液的特性表现为浆液屈服强度越大,扩散过程需要克服的阻力越大,浆液最终扩散半径越小。研究成果可为裂隙岩体海底隧道注浆材料选择与注浆效果预测评价提供参考。Aiming at the high-risk engineering challenges of tunnel construction through fractured rock mass,the rheological behaviors of grouting slurry,including viscosity and plasticity,were discussed in this paper.Newton fluid and Bingham fluid commonly used in calculation and their diffusion rules in fractured rock mass were compared and analyzed.The results show that the grouting pressure,time,crack width and grout characteristics have significant effects on the grout diffusion effect.The larger the grouting pressure,the longer the grouting time,and the larger the crack width,the larger the grout diffusion radius.The higher the intrinsic viscosity of Newtonian grout is,the faster the decay rate of grouting pressure will be,because the high viscosity grout will encounter greater resistance when flowing.Due to the characteristics of Bingham grout,the greater the yield strength of grout,the greater the resistance to be overcome in the diffusion process,and the smaller the final diffusion radius of grout.The research results can provide a reference for the selection of grouting materials and the prediction and evaluation of grouting effect for submarine tunnel in fractured rock mass.
