城际铁路地下线环境振动影响特性研究

摘  要:为研究城际铁路地下线环境振动特性,了解振动源强与速度、不平顺谱、轴重、簧下质量及基地状态的关系,选取长株潭城际长沙—开福寺区间隧道内源强进行监测,并建立仿真计算模型进行验证。结果表明,城际列车在98.4~126.3 km/h速度下隧道壁振动监测值最大为61.3 dB,远小于现阶段地铁振动源强;隧道壁振动源强随速度的变化远大于导则的推荐值,仿真得到速度为100~200 km/h时,最大修正系数为47.5,建议速度>100 km/h时修正系数宜改为50;在波长<1 m时,城际铁路的3种不平顺PSD的差异影响不大;环境振动中轴重影响主要体现在振动加速度的低频频带,空载列车及满载列车源强差异不大;当列车运营速度分别为100,120,140,160,200 km/h时,仿真得到的簧下质量修正项分别为0.87,0.74,0.79,0.69,0.74 dB,簧下质量造成的环境振动源强差异随速度提升呈现增长的趋势;同一速度下硬土的振动源强最小,软弱土的振动源强最大。To study the vibration characteristics of the underground environment of intercity railways and understand the relationship between vibration source intensity and speed,roughness spectrum,axle load,unsprung mass,and base status,the internal strength of the Changsha-Kaifu Temple section tunnel of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Intercity Railway was selected for monitoring,and a simulation calculation model was established for verification.The results show that under the operation of 98.4~126.3 km/h on intercity railways,the maximum monitoring of tunnel wall vibration is 61.3 dB,and the source intensity is much smaller than the current subway vibration source intensity;The variation of tunnel wall vibration source intensity with speed is much greater than the recommended value in the guidelines.Simulation shows that when the speed is 100~200 km/h,the maximum correction factor is 47.5.It is recommended to use the formula in HJ453-2018,and the correction factor should be changed to 50 when the speed is greater than 100 km/h;When the wavelength is less than 1,the difference in PSD of the three types of irregularities in urban rail has little effect;The influence of environmental vibration axle load is mainly reflected in the low-frequency band of vibration acceleration,and there is not much difference in source strength between unloaded and fully loaded trains;When the operating speed of the train is 100 km/h,120 km/h,140 km/h,160 km/h,and 200 km/h,the simulated correction terms for the unsprung mass are 0.87 dB,0.74 dB,0.79 dB,0.69 dB,and 0.74 dB,respectively.The difference in environmental vibration source intensity caused by the unsprung mass shows an increasing trend with the increase of speed;At the same speed,the vibration source strength of hard soil is the smallest,while the vibration source strength of weak soil is the largest.
