盾构隧道管片螺栓与钢管片腐蚀因素分析及防腐措施研究

摘　　要：盾构隧道管片螺栓与钢管片在服役过程中易受环境侵蚀,目前,对盾构管片螺栓和钢管片腐蚀因素及防腐蚀措施的研究较少,为探明不同服役环境下盾构隧道钢管片和管片螺栓的侵蚀规律,提出隧道管片螺栓和钢管片防腐蚀合理化建议,通过调研不同城市地铁隧道服役环境及管片螺栓与钢管片腐蚀案例,将盾构隧道服役环境划分为一般环境、海洋氯化物环境和化学腐蚀环境三类,并分析总结管片螺栓与钢管片腐蚀原因。研究表明,盾构隧道管片螺栓腐蚀程度与隧道渗漏水程度呈正相关;内陆地区隧道服役环境主要为一般环境,从设计角度应做好管片螺栓与钢管片常规防腐蚀措施,并侧重于加强隧道防水设计;邻海地区隧道服役环境主要为海洋氯化物环境伴随化学腐蚀环境,设计上应同时加强管片螺栓与钢管片防腐蚀措施和隧道防水措施。Shield tunnel segment bolts and steel pipe pieces are susceptible to environmental erosion during service.At present,there is relatively little research on the corrosion factors and anti-corrosion measures of shield tunnel segment bolts and steel pipe segments.In order to investigate the corrosion laws of shield tunnel steel pipes and pipe bolts under different service environments,reasonable suggestions for anti-corrosion of tunnel pipe bolts and steel pipes were proposed.Through research on the service environments of subway tunnels in different cities and corrosion cases of pipe bolts and steel pipes,the service environments of shield tunnels were divided into three categories:general environment,marine chloride environment,and chemical corrosion environment,and the reasons for corrosion of pipe bolts and steel pipes were analyzed and summarized.Results show that the degree of corrosion of shield tunnel segment bolts is positively correlated with the degree of tunnel leakage.The service environment of tunnels in inland areas is mainly a general environment.From a design perspective,conventional anti-corrosion measures should be taken for pipe segments,bolts,and steel pipes,with a focus on strengthening tunnel waterproofing design.The service environment of tunnels in adjacent sea areas is mainly marine chloride environment accompanied by chemical corrosion environment.In the design,anti-corrosion measures for pipe segment bolts and steel pipe segments,as well as waterproof measures for tunnels,should be strengthened simultaneously.
