摘 要:中国高铁取得了举世瞩目的成就,同时也面临着更高的发展要求,识别中国高铁建设项目关键成功因素对推动铁路高质量发展具有深远意义。通过扎根理论方法,收集不同高铁建设项目的大量资料,通过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码三级编码逐步进行概念化、范畴化研究,构建了关键成功因素指标体系,得到管理因素、组织因素、技术因素、环境因素、资金因素、政府因素六大类关键成功因素。研究成果可以为后续高铁建设管理提供经验参考。China's high-speed rail has achieved remarkable achievements that have attracted worldwide attention,but it also faces higher development requirements.Identifying the key success factors of China's high-speed rail construction projects is of profound significance for promoting high-quality railway development.By using the grounded theory method,a large amount of data from different high-speed rail construction projects was collected.Through the three-level coding of open coding,main axis coding,and selective coding,conceptual and categorical research was gradually carried out,and a key success factor indicator system was constructed.Six major categories of key success factors were obtained,including management factors,organizational factors,technical factors,environmental factors,financial factors,and government factors.The research results can provide experience reference for subsequent high-speed rail construction management.
