摘  要:当前国内宠物市场飞速增长,而宠物食品营养、理化与安全指标参差不齐。本文选取了市场上四种猫粮,检测了它们营养成分、理化和安全指标。结果显示:四种猫粮蛋白质质量分数为6%~13%、脂肪质量分数为3%~9%,能量为400~700 kJ/100g,普遍低于国标指标,含水量上多属于湿或半湿猫粮,灰分质量分数差异比较大,为0.1%~2.5%;四种猫粮亚硝酸盐质量分数为8~15 mg/kg,TBARs含量都小于0.7 mg/kg,新鲜度比较好;猫粮酸碱度接近中性;食盐为1.3%~1.8%区间;四种猫粮生物胺含量差异很大,为4.41~61.61 mg/kg;四种猫粮亚硝胺总量为9~19μg/kg,其中NDBA/NPIP含量在亚硝胺总量中占比最大。At present,the domestic pet market is growing rapidly,and the nutritional,physical and chemical and safety indicators of pet food are uneven.In this paper,four kinds of cat food on the market were selected,and their nutritional composition,physicochemical and safety indexes were tested.The results showed that the protein mass fraction was 6%~13%,fat mass fraction was 3%~9%,and energy was 400~700 kJ/100g,which were generally lower than the national standard index.The water content of the four cat foods was mostly wet or semi-wet,and the ash mass fraction difference was relatively large,ranging from 0.1% to 2.5%.The nitrite content of the four cat foods was 8~15 mg/kg,and the TBARs content was less than 0.7 mg/kg,and the freshness was good.The pH of cat food is close to neutral.The mass fraction of salt was 1.3%~1.8%.The contents of biogenic amine in four cat diets varied greatly,ranging from 4.41 to 61.61 mg/kg.The total nitrosamines of the four cat diets were 9~19μg/kg,and NDBA/NPIP content accounted for the largest proportion of the total nitrosamines.
