摘 要:评估了金红石型纳米二氧化钛在汽车银色面漆中对涂膜五角度颜色、硬度和附着力的影响。将不同粒径和加量纳米二氧化钛应用于汽车漆配方,利用多角度分光光度仪检测,结果显示,纳米钛白(PGNR-B508)相较于普通钛白(R-706),显著提升了涂膜光学性能和机械性能,纳米钛白在光泽度、亮度、随角异色效果以及涂膜硬度和附着力方面优势明显。本研究为优化纳米钛白在高性能汽车银色面漆中的应用提供技术支持。The influence of rutile type nano titanium dioxide on the color,hardness,and adhesion of the coating at five angles in automotive silver topcoat was evaluated.Different particle sizes and dosages of nano titanium dioxide were applied to automotive paint formulations,and detected using a multi angle spectrophotometer.The results showed that nano titanium dioxide(PGNR-B508)significantly improved the optical and mechanical properties of the coating compared to ordinary titanium dioxide(R-706).Nano titanium dioxide has obvious advantages in glossiness,brightness,angle dependent color effect,coating hardness,and adhesion.This study provides technical support for optimizing the application of nano titanium dioxide in high-performance automotive silver topcoats.
