摘　　要：介绍了学生书包的市场发展现状及学生书包产品的功能性需求,提出QB/T 2858—2007《学生书袋》的修订必要性。根据新材料和新技术在书包上的应用,结合近些年监督抽查过程中发现的问题,探讨了QB/T 2858—2007《学生书袋》标准存在的指标和方法缺陷,对标准修订提出了相关建议,包括增加相关物理机械性能要求、化学限量物质要求及减压功效测试的资料性附录等。旨在为《学生书袋》标准的修订提供参考,促进我国学生书包行业整体高质量发展。The development status and functional needs of school bags were introduced,and the necessity of revising QB/T 2858—2007 schoolbags was brought up.Based on the applications of new materials and technologies,as well as the problems discovered during supervision process,the defects of QB/T 2858—2007 schoolbags in index and methods were discussed,and some suggestions for revising this standard was proposed,including increasing the informative appendix for relative mechanical performance requirements,limited chemical material requirements and informative appendix for decompression efficacy test.This paper aims to provide reference for the revision of the schoolbags standard,and promote the overall high-quality development of Chinese schoolbags industry.
