摘　　要：目的探讨替莫唑胺联合阿帕替尼化疗方案对复发胶质瘤预后的影响。方法回顾性分析2016-01—2020-12郑州人民医院收治的脑胶质瘤术后复发的120例患者的临床资料,根据不同化疗方案分别应用替莫唑胺化疗58例(对照组)和替莫唑胺联合阿帕替尼治疗方案62例(观察组)。统计随访患者的生存时间(OS)和治疗后2 a生存率、不良反应等。结果观察组的OS和治疗后2 a生存率长(高)于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替莫唑胺联合阿帕替尼治疗方案可以延长复发胶质瘤患者生存时间和提高2 a生存率,而且未增加不良反应的发生,具有很好的安全性,临床价值较高。Objective To investigate the effect of temozolomide combined with apatinib chemotherapy regimen on the median survival time and survival rate of recurrent gliomas.Methods Totally 120 patients of gliomas with postoperative recurrence were selected in the People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2016 to December 2020.According to different chemotherapy regimens,58 cases were treated with temozolomide chemotherapy(control group)and 62 cases were treated with temozolomide combined with apatinib chemotherapy regimen(observation group).Follow up patients'survival time(OS),2-year survival rate after treatment,adverse reactions,etc.The Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate overall survival(OS).Results The OS and 2-year survival rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of temozolomide and apatinib can prolong the survival time and improve the 2-year survival rate of patients with recurrent glioma,and does not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.It has good safety and high clinical value.
