食管癌患者血清IGFBP-2、IDO水平与临床病理特征和预后的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌患者血清IGFBP-2、IDO水平与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法选取食管癌患者90例纳入研究组,选取同时期体检的健康志愿者30名纳入对照组。统计2组血清IGFBP-2、IDO水平,并分析血清IGFBP-2、IDO水平与食管癌临床病理特征和预后的关系。结果研究组血清IGFBP-2、IDO水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。不同肿瘤分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移患者血清IGFBP-2、IDO水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、性别、肿瘤位置患者血清IGFBP-2、IDO水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。IGFBP-2高表达组生存率(78.57%)低于IGFBP-2低表达组,IDO高表达组生存率(78.46%)低于IDO低表达组(P<0.05)。淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、血清IGFBP-2高表达、血清IDO高表达均为影响食管癌患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者血清IGFBP-2、IDO水平与临床病理特征和预后密切相关,IGFBP-2、IDO高水平提示预后较差。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum IGFBP-2 and IDO levels and clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients with esophageal cancer were selected as the study group,and 30 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The serum levels of IGFBP-2 and IDO in the 2 groups were counted,and the relationship between serum levels of IGFBP-2 and IDO and clinicopathological features and prognosis of esophageal cancer was analyzed.Results The study group had significantly higher serum levels of IGFBP-2 and IDO than the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in serum IGFBP-2 and IDO levels between patients with different tumor stages,differentiation degrees and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum IGFBP-2 and IDO levels between patients with different ages,genders and tumor locations(P>0.05).The survival rate of the high expression of IGFBP-2 group(78.57%)was lower than that of the low expression of IGFBP-2 group,and the survival rate of the high expression of IDO group(78.46%)was lower than that of the low expression of IDO group(P<0.05).Lymph node metastasis,tumor stageⅲ-ⅳ,high expression of serum IGFBP-2 and high expression of serum IDO were independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of IGFBP-2 and IDO are closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer.High levels of IGFBP-2 and IDO indicate poor prognosis.
