双歧杆菌三联活菌辅助帕罗西汀治疗女性抑郁症患者效果观察及机制探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌辅助帕罗西汀治疗女性抑郁症患者效果观察及机制。方法:选取2022年2月至2024年2月本院收治的86例抑郁症患者,分为两组,对照组:帕罗西汀,研究组:双歧杆菌三联活菌辅助帕罗西汀。分析两组临床疗效、临床指标、HAMD评分及HAMA评分。结果:与对照组比,研究组临床疗效更高(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组COR、TNF-α及IL-1β水平更低(P<0.05),5-HT水平更高(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组HAMD评分及HAMA评分更低(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌辅助帕罗西汀应用于患者中能够取得较为理想的效果,值得应用。Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of bifidobacterium triactivity-assisted paroxetine in the treatment of female patients with depression.Methods:A total of 86 patients with depression admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were divided into two groups:control group:Paxil,and study group:Paxil assisted by bifidobacterium trivium.The clinical efficacy,clinical indexes,HAMD score and HAMA score of the two groups were analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the clinical effect of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of COR,TNF-αand IL-1βin the study group were lower(P<0.05),and the levels of 5-HT were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the study group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria assisted paroxetine in patients can achieve a better effect,and it is worth applying.
