奥美拉唑联合中药汤剂治疗胃溃疡临床观察

摘　　要：目的 分析奥美拉唑联合自拟中药汤剂治疗胃溃疡的效果。方法 选择2021年7月—2022年7月乳山市中医院收治的70例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,随机抽签后均分为两组。对照组予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用自拟中药汤剂治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果 治疗前,两组症状评分、黏膜组织细胞学评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组腹痛、胃灼热、反酸、嗳气评分均低于对照组,炎性细胞浸润、炎症活动、腺体形态、黏膜厚度评分亦均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组Hp根除率94.29%(33/35)高于对照组77.14%(27/35);观察组溃疡愈合率97.14%(34/35)高于对照组80.00%(28/35)(P<0.05);观察组Hp复发率2.86%(1/35)低于对照组17.14%(6/35);观察组胃溃疡复发率0低于对照组14.29%(5/35)(P<0.05)。结论 奥美拉唑联合自拟中药汤剂,可以有效缓解胃溃疡患者症状,改善其黏膜炎症情况,促进溃疡修复,同时可抑制病情复发,值得应用。Objective To analyze the effect of omeprazole combined with self-made Chinese medicine decoction on gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 70 patients with gastric ulcer treated in Rushan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups afier random drawing.The control group was treated with omepra-zole enteric-coated capsules,and the observation group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom score and mucosal tissue cytology score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,heartburn,acid reflux and belching in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of inflammatory cell infilration,inflammatory activity,glandular morphology and mucosal thickness were also lower in the control group(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than that in the control group(77.14%,27/35).The ulcer healing rate of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,28/35XP<0.05).The recurrence rate of Hp in the cbservation group was 2.86%(1/35),which was lower than that in the control group(17.14%,6/35).The recurrence rate of gastric ulcer in the observation group was 14.29%(5/35),which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Omeprazole combined with self-made Chinese medicine decoction can effectively alleviate the conditions of pa-tients with gastric ulcer,improve mucosalinflammation,promote ulcer repair,while inhibiting disease recurrence,and is worth using.
