摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种慢性非特异性炎症性肠病,目前尚未明确其发病机制。活动期中重度UC临床发病急、症状重,属于消化系统复杂难治的疾病。为进一步了解活动期中重度UC的治疗方法,文章查阅、总结了近年来的大量相关文献,对其中西医治疗方法进行综述,并分析各自优劣和展望今后发展方向,以期为临床治疗中重度UC提供参考。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic non-specific inflammatory bowel disease,and its pathogenesis has not been clearly de-fined.Among them,moderate to severe UC in active stage is a disease with acute onset and severe symptoms,which belongs to the complex and refractory digestive system.In order to further understand the treatment methods of moderate and severe UC in active stage,this paper summarized and consulted a large number of relevant literatures in recent years,reviewed the Western medicine treat-ment methods,summarized their advantages and disadvantages,and looked forward to the future development direction,in order to provide references for the clinical treatment of moderate and severe UC.
