摘　　要：国内现有癌症患者就医延迟的相关研究对就医延迟的定义、延迟时间的界定均缺乏统一标准,并且缺乏研究的理论框架,难以进行横向及纵向的比较及进行研究结果的整合。文章对国外现有的且应用较为成熟的就医延迟相关理论进行简要介绍,分析其在国内的应用现状,增加国内学者对理论的认知,为相关理论在国内的应用及相关学者构建理论框架提供参考。There is no unified standard for the definition of patient delay and the definition of delay time in existing research on cancer patients in China.There is a lack of theoretical framework for research,making it difficult to compare horizontally and vertically and integrate research results.The article briefly introduced the existing and mature theories related to patient delay abroad and analyzed their current application status in China.In order to increase domestic scholars’understanding of the theory and provide reference for the application of the theory in China.Thus,scholars could use the theory to build a theoretical framework for their research.
