摘　　要：在当前迅速发展的时代背景下,低空经济作为一种新兴的经济形态,正逐步显现出巨大的潜力与活力。它不仅为经济增长注入了新的活力,同时也为航空领域人才的高质量培养带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。低空经济的兴起促进了人才需求的增长、科研合作机会的增多、实践教学条件的改善以及社会服务领域的拓展,为航空人才培养、师资队伍建设、教学资源整合以及学科专业建设带来了挑战与契机。In the context of the current rapid development of the era,the low-altitude economy as a novel economic form is gradually revealing its immense potential and dynamism.It has not only infused new vitality into economic growth but also presented unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the high-quality cultivation of aviation professionals.The ascendance of the low-altitude economy has spurred the growth in talent demand,the proliferation of scientific research collaboration opportunities,the enhancement of practical teaching conditions,and the expansion of social services.These developments pose both challenges and opportunities for the training of aviation professionals,the development of teaching staff,the integration of educational resources,and the advancement of academic disciplines.
