摘　　要：畸形根面沟(PGG)是一种较常见的发育畸形,PGG处易滞留菌斑,引起局部牙周炎症。感染还可通过根面沟扩散至牙髓组织,最终导致牙周牙髓联合病变。PGG的治疗方式包括根面沟的处理、牙周治疗、牙髓治疗等。PGG异常的解剖结构可影响其治疗及预后,并发牙周牙髓联合病变的患牙常常疗效较差、预后不佳。如何对此类患牙进行早期干预、提高预后,是近年来口腔医师关注的热点和难点问题。本文对PGG的治疗难点进行分析并提出相应对策,以期为PGG的临床诊疗提供参考。Palatogingival groove(PGG)is a common developmental deformity,which is prone to retain plaque,leading to local periodontal inflammation.Furthermore,the infection can spread to the dental pulp tissue through the PGG,eventually resulting in combined periodontal-endodontic lesions.The treatment methods include PGG treatment,periodontal treatment,endodontic treatment,etc.The abnormal anatomical structure of PGG will influence the treatment and prognosis of the affected tooth.Teeth with combined periodontal-endodontic lesions often have poor curative effect and prognosis.How to early intervene and improve its prognosis has become a hot and difficult issue for dentists in recent years.This article analyzes the challenges in the treatment of PGG and puts forward the corresponding strategies,so as to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PGG.
