摘  要:分子医学是现代医学的关键组成部分,对实现精准诊断及指导个性化治疗至关重要。近年来,胞质分裂作用因子3(dedicator of cytokinesis 3,DOCK3)被证实广泛参与细胞黏附、迁移及神经发育等重要生物学过程。通过梳理相关文献发现DOCK3在多种非肿瘤疾病和肿瘤性疾病中均表现出显著的功能异常和表达变化,其通过一系列复杂的分子途径,直接或间接影响这些疾病的发生和发展,而靶向DOCK3的治疗手段或可干预相关疾病的病理过程。DOCK3作为一种极具潜力的生物标志物和治疗靶点,在疾病的早期诊断、精准治疗及预后评估等多个方面均展现出广阔的应用前景。相信随着基因编辑技术和蛋白质工程等领域的不断发展,针对DOCK3的探索将给未来的医学研究带来更大的创新与突破,最终造福广大患者。Molecular medicine is a key component of modern medicine,crucial for achieving accurate diagnoses and guiding personalized treatments.In recent years,dedicator of cytokinesis 3(DOCK3)has been found to be widely involved in important biological processes such as cell adhesion,migration,and neurodevelopment.A review of the literature reveals that DOCK3 exhibits significant functional abnormalities and expression changes in various non-cancerous and cancerous diseases.Through a series of complex molecular pathways,DOCK3 directly or indirectly influences the occurrence and development of these diseases.Targeting DOCK3 may offer therapeutic strategies to intervene in the pathological processes of these diseases.As a highly promising biomarker and therapeutic target,DOCK3 shows broad application prospects in early diagnosis,precision treatment,and prognosis evaluation of diseases.With the continuous advancement of fields like gene editing and protein engineering,the exploration of DOCK3 is expected to bring greater innovation and breakthroughs to future medical research,ultimately benefiting a large number of patients.
