摘 要:目的通过以高校猴痘疫情为背景的应急处置演练,考察综合集成呼吸道病原微生物突发公共卫生事件(PHEE)防控技术与产品的有效性及实用性,提高并优化高校对突发急性呼吸道传染病公共卫生事件的整体应对能力。方法综合参考《卫生应急演练技术指南(2013年版)》《猴痘防控方案》和《猴痘防控技术指南(2022年版)》制定演练方案、演练评估量表及组建应急队伍进行场景模拟演练,形成猴痘应急处置技术及产品清单。结果已顺利完成预检分诊、患者接诊、疫情报告、应急处置、终末消毒、总结会议、考核评估,达到演练目标。通过对技术产品使用情况的总结、分析,最终形成较为完善的猴痘应急处置技术与产品清单。结论通过高校猴痘疫情应急处置模拟高校猴痘疫情应急处置模拟演练,提高了高校对突发传染病公共卫生事件的整体应对能力。形成的猴痘疫情防控技术产品清单在今后相关疫情防控中具有参考意义。Objective To study the emergency response simulation drills for monkeypox epidemic in university,improve and optimize the overall response capacity of university to sudden public health events of acute respiratory infectious diseases.Methods According to the Technical Guidelines for Health Emergency Exercise(2013 edition),Plan for Prevention and Control of Monkeypox and Technical Guidelines for Prevention and Control of monkeypox(2022 edition),the plan,evaluation scale and emergency team were established to conduct scenario simulation drills,and a list of monkeypox emergency disposal and products was formed.Results Pre-examination and triage,patient reception,epidemic report,emergency response,final disinfection,summary meeting,assessment and evaluation have been successfully completed,and the goal of drills has been reached.Conclusion This approach has improved the ability of university to respond to public health emergencies related to infectious diseases.The list of monkeypox prevention and control products released this time is of reference value for responding to related epidemics in the future.
