摘  要:目的研究猪、牛、羊源依诺肝素钠的理化性质和结构,确认牛源和羊源低分子肝素的潜在价值,以解决肝素供应种源单一的问题。方法分别以猪、牛、羊肠黏膜精制得到的肝素钠为原料,制备依诺肝素钠,通过对比不同种源依诺肝素钠的理化性质和结构,探讨它们之间的相似性。结果牛源与猪源依诺肝素钠分子量及其分布的结果相近,效价、二糖和单糖的结果差异较大,而羊源与猪源依诺肝素钠在理化性质和糖结构单元的结果上均表现出了更多的相似性。结论猪、牛、羊源依诺肝素钠表现出的差异多是源于种源肝素的差异。羊源与猪源依诺肝素在结构上相似性较高,种源差异小,羊源肝素更有望成为现有肝素产品原料的补充来源。Objective To determine the potential value of low-molecular-weight heparins derived from bovine and ovine by studying their physicochemical properties and structures of enoxaparin sodium from porcine,bovine,and ovine,to avoid a single source of heparin supply.Methods Heparin sodium refined from the intestinal mucosa of pigs,cows,and sheep was used as the raw materials to prepare enoxaparin sodium.The similarity in the physicochemical properties and structures between them was compared.Results The molecular weight and distribution of enoxaparin sodium from bovine and porcine sources were similar,whereas the potency,disaccharide,and monosaccharide exhibited big difference.However,enoxaparin sodium of ovine source was more similar both in physicochemical properties and saccharide structure to that of porcine source.Conclusion The differences in enoxaparin sodium from porcine,bovine and ovine sources are mostly due to those in heparin from respective origins.The high structural similarity between enoxaparin from ovine and porcine suggests a smaller species difference,and ovine heparin is more likely to serve as a supplementary source for existing heparin products.
