摘　　要：目的:分析急性缺血性脑卒中与磁敏感加权成像(SWI)信号特征的价值。方法:抽取我院2022年9月至2023年9月期间接收的急性缺血性脑卒中患者50例,进行MRI常规序列、SWI以及MRA检查,对患者SWI的影像学表现进行重点分析。结果:SWI表现中33例出现大脑中动脉磁敏感血管征,2例出现大脑后动脉磁敏感血管征,3例出现条状、结节样基底动脉磁敏感血管征,4例梗死灶为低条状、斑点状出血信号,Phase图1例出血转化,9例含铁血黄素沉积,31例出现皮髓质静脉突出征(PVS)。结论:急性缺血性脑卒中诊断中SWI成像可以准确对患者动脉血栓范围、位置进行评估,判断患者是否存在出血倾向转化,判断患者脑组织灌注及侧支循环情况,从而为医生设计治疗方案以及判断患者预后提供更多参考依据。Objective:To analyzethevalueof magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging(SWI)signal characteristics in acute ischemic stroke.Methods:50 patients with acute ischemic stroke received in our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected for routine MRI sequence,SWI and MRA examination,and the imaging findings of SWI were analyzed.Results:Among the manifestations of SWI,33 cases showed middle cerebral artery magnetic sensitive vascular sign,2 cases showed posterior cerebral artery magnetic sensitive vascular sign,3 cases showed strip and nodular basilar artery magnetic sensitive vascular sign,4 cases showed low strip and spotty bleeding signal.In Phase Figure,1 case showed hemorrhage transformation and 9 cases contained hemosiderin deposition.Herniation of medullary veins(PVS)occurred in 31 cases.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke,SWI imaging can accurately evaluate the scope and location of arterial thrombosis in patients,determine whether there is a transformation of bleeding tendency in patients,and determine the cerebral tissue perfusion and collateral circulation of patients,so as to provide more references for doctors to design treatment plans and judge the prognosis of patients.
