定量动态增强磁共振联合表观扩散系数ADC对乳腺癌的诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的:对乳腺癌诊断展开研究,分析定量动态增强磁共振+表观扩散系数ADC的价值。方法:对2020年1月至2024年3月于我院就诊的疑似乳腺癌65例进行临床研究,均在知情同意下完成定量动态增强磁共振联合表观扩散系数ADC诊断、病理学诊断,以病理学结果为金标准,统计诊断结果及诊断效能。结果:定量动态增强磁共振联合表观扩散系数ADC诊断的敏感度是98.15%、特异度是100.00%、准确性是98.46%,乳腺癌、乳腺良性病变的表观扩散系数比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论:定量动态增强磁共振联合表观扩散系数ADC可在乳腺癌临床诊断中发挥显著作用,诊断效能突出,值得推广。Objective:To study the diagnosis of breast cancer and analyze the effect of quantitative dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance(FMRI)+apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC).Methods:A clinical study was conducted on 65 cases of suspected breast cancer treated in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2024.All cases were diagnosed by quantitative dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance combined with apparent diffusion coefficient ADC and pathological diagnosis with informed consent.The pathological results were taken as the gold standard,and the diagnostic results and diagnostic efficacy were statistically analyzed.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ADC diagnosis were 98.15%,100.00%and 98.46%,and there were differences in the apparent diffusion coefficients of breast cancer and benign breast lesions(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quantitative dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance combined with apparent diffusion coefficient ADC can play a significant role in the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer.
