摘 要:随着人们生活水平的不断提高,用户对汽车的舒适性、安全性以及经济性要求日益提高,而减震系统作为影响汽车驾驶体验的关键部件,其设计与材料选择直接关系整车性能的优劣。特别是在当前的市场环境下,消费者对车辆的驾驶体验及其静音性能的要求愈加苛刻,这促使汽车制造商必须不断进行技术创新,以此来进一步提高产品的竞争力。本文对汽车橡胶材料减震系统的设计应用策略展开探究,希望能够对其技术发展提供一定的帮助。With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,users'requirements for comfort,safety and economy of automobiles are increasing,and the design and material selection of shock absorption system,as a key component affecting the driving experience of automobiles,are directly related to the advantages and disadvantages of vehicle performance.Especially in the current market environment,consumers are demanding more and more demanding driving experience and quiet performance,which requires car manufacturers to continuously innovate in order to further improve the competitiveness of their products.In this paper,the design and application strategies of the shock absorption system of automotive rubber materials are explored,hoping to provide some research help for its technical development.
