台湾地区乐龄教育发展中高校的作用探析及启示

摘　　要：中国内地已进入老龄化社会,利用社区教育构建终身教育体系,尊重老年人的教育权,一定程度上解决了老人的学习需求。但社区教育资源仅能覆盖部分老人,对提高老人生活和生命质量、帮助老人通过再学习来发挥余热的作用十分有限。中国台湾地区开展社区教育早于中国内地,在推行保障老人权益的乐龄教育方面有一定的经验,其中中国台湾高等院校发挥着重要作用。梳理中国台湾地区乐龄教育的发展历程及特点,探析中国台湾高校参与乐龄教育的政策支持、模式、作用和存在问题,提炼出对中国内地推进老人教育和高校参与老人教育的有益启示。Under the background of the aging society,using community education to build up the lifelong education system meets the study needs of senior citizens.But aging education in community has some limitation in improving the life quality of senior citizens and helping them to serve the society by learning new knowledge.Taiwan region has more experience in aging education and the Taiwan region universities play the positive roles.The article analyses the development process,features and problems of aging education in Taiwan region,and the policy,function,achievements of Taiwan region universities in the aging education,so as to get the enlightenment to China's mainland universities in the process of improving the aging education.
