摘  要:目的:探究脑梗死患者核磁共振成像(MRI)表现及其与脑神经损害的关系。方法:将本院自2021年1月至2024年2月收治的脑梗死患者按纳入排除标准筛选138例作为研究对象,分析其MRI表现,Logistic回归分析脑梗死患者MRI特征与脑神经损害的关系。结果:脑神经功能缺损评分5~26分,平均(16.00±4.17)分,以均值16分为NIHSS评分临界值,NIHSS评分≤16分79例,平均(12.81±2.47)分,NIHSS评分>16分59例,平均(19.39±2.28)分;两组临床资料性别、年龄、TOAST分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且NIHSS评分>16分患者病灶体积高于NIHSS评分≤16分患者(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示年龄、病灶体积是脑梗死神经损害的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:MRI所测得病灶体积与年龄均是脑梗死患者脑神经功能损伤的危险因素,值得临床重视。Objective:To explore the manifestations of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in patients with cerebral infarction and its relationship with cranial nerve damage.Methods:A total of 138 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2024 were screened as research objects according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The MRI manifestations were analyzed,and the relationship between MRI characteristics and cranial nerve damage in patients with cerebral infarction was analyzed by logistic regression.Results:The cranial nerve function defect score was 5 to 26 points,with an average of 16.00±4.17 points:Taking the mean value of 16 as the critical value of NIHSS score.There were 79 cases with NIHSS score≤16 points,with an average score of(12.81±2.47)points.There were 59 cases with NIHSS score>16 points,with an average score of(19.39±2.28)points.There were statistically significant differences in gender,age and TOAST classification between the two groups(P<0.05),and the lesion volume of patients with NIHSS score>16 points was significantly higher than that of patients with NIHSS score≤16 points(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis results showed that age and lesion volume were risk factors for nerve damage in cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The lesion volume measured by MRI and age are both risk factors for cranial nerve function damage in patients with cerebral infarction,which deserve clinical attention.
