摘 要:目的:探究磁共振(MRI)扩散加权成像(DWI)在小儿颅内肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院2020年12月至2023年12月收治的79例小儿颅内肿瘤患儿,以肿瘤分级程度为分组依据,Ⅰ~Ⅱ级为A组(42例),Ⅲ~Ⅳ级为B组(37例),分析比较两组MRI检查中的DWI及ADC图像信息。结果:与B组相比,A组的DWI、ADC图像中等信号与稍高信号占比更高,高信号占比更低(P<0.05)。A组的肿瘤实质ADC值与rADC值高于B组(P<0.05)。两组的正常脑白质ADC值经比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:临床诊断儿童颅内肿瘤时采用DWI扫描技术可有效检出患儿的肿瘤分级情况,能够为后续治疗方案的制定提供可靠参考,值得予以推广。Objective:to explore the value of diffusion weighted imaging(Dwi)in the diagnosis of intracranial tumors in children.Methods:the study period was from December 2020 to December 2023,79 cases of children with intracranial tumor were divided into two groups according to the grade of tumor:Group A(42 cases)was grade I-II,Group B(37 cases)was grade III-IV.Results:compared with Group B,Group A had higher proportion of medium signal,higher proportion of slightly high signal and lower proportion of high signal in DWI and ADC images(P<0.05).ADC value and RADC value of tumor parenchyma in Group A were higher than those in Group B(P<0.05).There was no significant dfference in ADC values between the two groups(P>0.05):Conclusion:DWI is effective in the diagnosis of intracranial tumors in children,it can effectively detect the grade of tumors in children,and provide reliable reference for the formulation of follow-up treatment.
