摘　　要：目的:探究多层螺旋电子计算机断层扫描(MSCT)与核磁共振成像(MRI)在胰腺癌和胰腺炎鉴别诊断中的准确度、灵敏度及特异度。方法:回顾性选取2020年10月至2023年10月镇江市第一人民医院及其新区分院收治的85例疑似胰腺癌患者作为研究样本,患者均接受MSCT与MRI检查。以病理组织活检结果作为诊断金标准。对比上述单一检查及联合检查的诊断准确度、灵敏度及特异度,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,计算曲线下面积(AUC)。结果:联合检查诊断准确度、灵敏度及特异度均高于MSCT、MRI单一检查(P<0.05)。联合检查AUC值高于MSCT、MRI检查。结论:MSCT与MRI联合可提高胰腺癌鉴别诊断的准确度、灵敏度及特异度,诊断价值高。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of mulilayer spiral computed tomography(MSCT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the differentiation of pancreatic cancer and pancreatitis.Methods:Eighty-five patients with suspected pancreatic cancer admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zhenjiang City and its new district branch from October 2020 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study samples,and the patients were examined by MSCT and MRI.Pathologic tissue biopsy results were used as the gold standard for pancreatic cancer diagnosis.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the above single and combined examinations were compared,and the working characteristic(ROC)curves of the subjects were plotted and the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated.Results:The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity under the combined examination were higher than those of MSCT and MRI examinations(P<0.05).The AUC value of the combined examination was higher than that of MSCT and MRI examination.Conclusion:The combination of MSCT and MRI can improve the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of differential diagnosis of pancreatic cancer with excellent diagnostic value.
