摘  要:风洞纹影仪是超声速风洞试验不可或缺的流场观测设备,其定位精度和工作效率直接影响风洞试验质效。为提高某风洞纹影仪更换工位效率及定位精度,研制出一套纹影仪自动定位装置。该装置将纹影成像系统安装在六自由度平台上,六自由度平台基座置于轨道平车上,通过变换六个方向的姿态来满足某风洞不同工位流场观测需求。待各工位静态调试完毕后记录系统位置数据,采用视觉定位系统和PSD定位系统实现一键精准恢复试验所需工位。应用结果表明:该装置在确保定位精度的同时可有效提高工位更换效率,减少纹影仪调节工作量,进而加快飞行器研制进度。Wind tunnel schlieren instrument is an indispensable flow field observation equipment in supersonic wind tunnel test,and its positioning accuracy and working efficiency directly affect the quality and efficiency of wind tunnel test.An automatic positioning device for schlieren is developed to improve the efficiency and positioning accuracy of a wind tunnel schlieren.The schlieren imaging system is installed on a six-dof platform,and the base of the six-dof platform is placed on the track flat car.By changing the posture in six directions,it meets the flow field observation requirements of different workstations in a wind tunnel.After static debugging of each work station,the position data is recorded,and the vision alignment system and PSD positioning system are used to restore the required work station precisely.The application results show that the device can effectively improve the efficiency of station replacement and reduce the workload of adjusting the schlieren system while ensuring positioning,thereby accelerating the development progress of the aircraft.
