艺术疗愈对艺术专业大学生心理健康问题的应用研究

摘　　要：随着心理问题在大学生群体中发生的范围、频率、强度均在逐年升高,社会各界对大学生心理问题形成了广泛的关注。部分高校采取了艺术疗愈的方式缓解大学生心理问题,针对艺术类大学生,通过开设艺术疗愈工作坊。通过分析艺术疗愈工作坊的形式与效果,总结此类工作坊对于艺术专业大学生的疗愈效果。With the scope,frequency,and intensity of psychological problems among college students increasing year by year,all sectors of society have paid extensive attention to college students'psychological issues.Some universities have adopted art therapy to alleviate these problems.For art-major college students,art therapy workshops have been set up.By analyzing the forms and effects of these art therapy workshops,this paper summarizes the healing effects of such workshops on art-major college students.
