摘　　要：在当前数字媒体技术行业快速发展的背景下,民办高校在数字媒体技术专业应用型人才培养方面扮演着重要角色。本文旨在探讨民办高校如何通过优化课程设置、强化实践教学、加强校企合作以及注重学生综合素质培养等途径,构建出适应行业需求的应用型人才培养模式。通过深入分析当前存在的问题,并提出针对性的改进策略,为民办高校数字媒体技术专业的人才培养提供相关参考。With the rapid development of digital media technology industry,private colleges and universities play an important role in digital media technology professional application-oriented personnel training.The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to optimize the curriculum,strengthen the practice teaching,strengthen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and pay attention to the cultivation of students'comprehensive quality,the training mode of applicationoriented talents is constructed to meet the needs of the industry.By deeply analyzing the existing problems and putting forward the corresponding.
