脑梗死患者行rt-PA溶栓治疗期间应用鼻肠管、鼻胃管置管方案的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻肠管置管、鼻胃管置管在重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)溶栓治疗脑梗死患者中的应用价值。方法:选取我院于2023年1月—2024年8月收治的行rt-PA溶栓治疗的脑梗死患者97例,按置管方式进行分组,观察组48例给予鼻肠管置管,对照组49例给予鼻胃管置管,比较两组营养评价指标、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)得分及并发症发生情况。结果:干预后,观察组白蛋白、总蛋白及血红蛋白指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.17%,低于对照组的16.33%(P<0.05)。结论:对rt-PA溶栓治疗脑梗死的患者予以鼻肠管置管是可行的,可改善其营养状况,降低吸入性肺炎发生风险,促进康复。Objective:To investigate the application value of nasointestinal tube catheterization and nasogastric tube catheterization in patients with cerebral infarction treated with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rt-PA)thrombolysis.Methods:A total of 97 patients with cerebral infarction who underwent rt-PA thrombolytic therapy in our hospital from January 2023 to August 2024 were selected and grouped according to the catheterization method.48 patients in the observation group were given nasointestinal tube catheterization,and 49 patients in the control group were given nasogastric tube catheterization.The nutritional evaluation indexes,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the albumin,total protein and hemoglobin indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.17%,which was lower than 16.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is feasible to place nasointestinal tube in patients with cerebral infarction treated with rt-PA thrombolysis,which can improve their nutritional status,reduce the risk of aspiration pneumonia and promote rehabilitation.
