摘　　要：目的:研究营养支持在结直肠癌患者术后Ala-Gln肠外营养中的应用效果。方法:选择本院2023年5月—2024年5月收治的94例结直肠癌手术患者为研究对象,按照掷偏倚硬币法分组,两组均实施术后Ala-Gln肠外营养,对照组(n=47)采用常规干预,实验组(n=47)应用营养支持,比较免疫球蛋白指标、营养状况、胃肠道功能恢复及住院时间。结果:实验组术后第8 d免疫球蛋白、营养指标均高于对照组,且胃肠道功能恢复、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌术后肠外营养中,实施营养支持可以增强免疫功能,改善营养状况,促进机体恢复。Objective:To study the effect of nutritional support nursing on postoperative Ala-Gln parenteral nutrition in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 94 patients with colorectal cancer surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to the method of throwing biased coins.Both groups were given postoperative Ala-Gln parenteral nutrition.The control group(n=47)was given routine nursing,and the experimental group(n=47)was given nutritional support nursing.The immunoglobulin index,nutritional status,gastrointestinal function recovery and hospitalization time were compared.Results:The immunoglobulin and nutritional indexes of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group on the 8th day after operation,and the recovery of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In parenteral nutrition after colorectal cancer surgery,nutritional support nursing can enhance immune function,improve nutritional status and promote body recovery.
