摘　　要：目的:探究富血小板纤维蛋白在老年慢性牙龈退缩患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:于2023年3—9月共选取我院收治的40例牙龈退缩患者,采用简单随机法分为观察组(20例)和对照组(20例)。对照组采用结缔组织瓣移植术治疗,观察组采用富血小板纤维蛋白治疗,比较两组牙龈厚度、牙龈退缩深度、角化龈宽度、RES以及满意度。结果:观察组治疗后各时间段GT、RES指标均高于对照组,且观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年慢性牙龈退缩患者应用富血小板纤维蛋白治疗效果显著,可改善牙龈情况,提高满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of platelet-rich fibrin in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with chronic gingival recession.Methods:A total of 40 patients with gingival recession admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to September 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(20 patients)and control group(20 patients)by simple random method.The control group was treated with connective tissue fap transplantation,and the observation group was treated with platelet-rich fiber.The gingival thickness,gingival recession depth,keratinized gingival width,RES and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The GT and RES indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at each time period after treatment,and the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of platelet-rich fibrin in elderly patients with chronic gingival recession has a significant effect,which can improve the gingival condition and improve satisfaction.
