天麻素注射液联合盐酸倍他司汀注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中引起眩晕的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析天麻素注射液联合盐酸倍他司汀注射液对缺血性脑卒中引发眩晕的疗效。方法:选择2022年8月—2024年3月本院诊治的缺血性脑卒中引起眩晕患者84例,并通过简单随机法分为两组,每组42例。常规组采用盐酸倍他司汀注射液标准治疗,而联合组则在常规组治疗基础上追加天麻素注射液,比较两组临床疗效、脑基底动脉血流速度(平均速度和收缩期峰值速度)、凝血功能(红细胞比积和纤维蛋白原水平)、眩晕障碍评分。结果:治疗后,联合组总有效率为97.62%,高于常规组的83.33%(P<0.05);联合组平均速度以及收缩期峰值速度高于常规组(P<0.05);联合组红细胞比积和纤维蛋白原水平低于常规组(P<0.05);联合组眩晕障碍评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:天麻素注射液联合盐酸倍他司汀注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中引起的眩晕能促进缓解临床症状,改善患者凝血功能,加快脑血流速度,从而提高治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the effect of gastrodin injection combined with betahistine hydrochloride injection on vertigo caused by ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 84 patients with vertigo caused by ischemic stroke diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by simple random method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine hydrochloride injection,while the experimental group was treated with gastrodin injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cerebral basilar artery blood flow velocity(average velocity and peak systolic velocity),coagulation function(hematocrit and fibrinogen level)and vertigo disorder score were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was 97.62%,which was higher than 83.33%of the conventional group(P<0.05).The average speed and peak systolic velocity of the combined group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The hematocrit and fibrinogen levels in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The vertigo disorder score of the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastrodin injection combined with betahistine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of vertigo caused by ischemic stroke can promote the relief of clinical symptoms,improve the coagulation function of patients,accelerate the cerebral blood flow velocity,and thus improve the therapeutic effect.
