逍遥散加减联合温针灸疗法治疗寒凝气滞血瘀证子宫肌瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨逍遥散加减联合温针灸疗法治疗寒凝气滞血瘀证子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法:于2022年1月—2023年12月,选择我院收治的寒凝气滞血瘀证子宫肌瘤患者160例,以数字表法随机分2组,各80例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用逍遥散加减联合温针灸疗法治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、性激素水平、血清因子水平。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、D-二聚体(D-D)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散加减联合温针灸疗法治疗寒凝气滞血瘀证子宫肌瘤可提高疗效,促进患者症状改善,调节性激素水平,也能下调VEGF、D-D、IL-6水平。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Xiaoyao powder combined with warming needle moxibustion in the treatment of uterine fibroids with cold coagulation and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,160 patients with uterine fibroids with cold coagulation and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by digital table method,with 80 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Xiaoyao powder combined with warming needle moxibustion.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone level and serum factor level were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),D-dimer(D-D)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Xiaoyao powder combined with warming needle moxibustion in the treatment of uterine fbroids with cold coagulation and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome can improve the curative effect,promote the improvement of patients'symptoms,regulate the level of sex hormones,and also down-regulate the levels of VEGF,D-D and IL-6.
