疏经推拿按摩联合常规药物治疗脑梗死后偏瘫的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨疏经推拿按摩联合常规药物治疗脑梗死后偏瘫的临床效果。方法:选取福建省永泰县医院2022年6月—2024年6月收治的88例脑梗死后偏瘫患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各44例。对照组予以常规康复训练治疗,观察组加用疏经推拿按摩联合院内自拟方剂治疗,持续8周。比较两组肢体功能、步态变化、中医证候评分、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗后FMA评分中上肢、下肢评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后步态变化优于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,SIS评分中各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏经推拿按摩联合常规药物治疗可更好改善脑梗死后偏瘫患者肢体功能,纠正步态异常,减轻疾病对生活的影响。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of dredging meridian massage combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 88 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction were selected from June 2022 to June 2024 in Yongtai County Hospital of Fujian Province,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with dredging meridian massage combined with self-made prescription for 8 weeks.The limb function,gait change,TCM syndrome score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the FMA scores of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gait change of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of each dimension in the SIS score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dredging meridian massage combined with conventional drug therapy can better improve the limb function of patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction,correct gait abnormalities,and reduce the impact of diseaseon life.
