都梁软胶囊联合佐米曲普坦治疗偏头痛的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨在偏头痛患者中联用都梁软胶囊和佐米曲普坦治疗对患者VAS、MSQ与PSQI的影响。方法:选取本院2023年3月—2024年5月收治的78例偏头痛患者,根据随机抽样法分组为对照组(佐米曲普坦治疗,39例)和治疗组(都梁软胶囊+佐米曲普坦治疗,39例)。比较两组治疗前后头痛程度(VAS)评分、头痛症状(头痛持续时间、头痛发作次数)、生活质量(MSQ)评分、睡眠状态(PSQI)评分,并比较两组治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果:治疗后,治疗组VAS评分、MSQ评分、PSQI评分低于对照组,头痛持续时间短于对照组,头痛发作次数少于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对偏头痛患者联合使用都梁软胶囊和佐米曲普坦进行治疗,可有效缓解其头痛程度,改善头痛症状,并提高其生活质量和睡眠质量,且用药安全性有保障。Objective:To investigate the effect of Duliang Soft Capsules combined with Zolmitriptan on VAS,MSQ and PSQI in patients with migraine.Methods:A total of 78 patients with migraine admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into control group(Zolmitriptan treatment,39 patients)and treatment group(Duliang soft capsule+Zolmitriptan treatment,39 patients)according to random sampling method.The degree of headache(VAS)score,headache symptoms(headache duration,headache attack frequency),quality of life(MSQ)score,sleep status(PSQI)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions occurred during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS score,MSQ score and PSQI score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the duration of headache was shorter than that of the control group,and the number of headache attacks was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of Duliang Soft Capsule and Zolmitriptan in patients with migraine can effectively alleviate the degree of headache,improve the symptoms of headache,improve the quality of life and sleep,and ensure the safety of medication.
