理气消胀口服液联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗功能性消化不良的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析理气消胀口服液联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床效果。方法回顾性抽取2023年4月至2024年4月延安市中医医院收治的FD患者114例, 依据治疗方案分为对照组(57例, 给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗)和研究组(57例, 给予理气消胀口服液+双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)、胃窦收缩频率、胆囊收缩素(CCK)、胃排空时间、胃窦运动指数、安全性。结果研究组临床总有效率(91.23%, 52/57)高于对照组(77.19%, 44/57), P<0.05。治疗后, 研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05), CCK低于对照组(P<0.05), MTL、GAS、胃窦收缩频率、胃窦运动指数高于对照组(P<0.05), 胃排空时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论理气消胀口服液联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗FD, 可减轻症状, 调节肠胃激素表达, 促进胃动力恢复, 且安全有效。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Liqi Xiaozhang oral liquid combined with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).MethodsA total of 114 FD patients admitted to Yan’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to April 2024 were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into the control group(57 cases,treated with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets)and the study group(57 cases,treated with Liqi Xiaozhang oral liquid combined with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets)according to the treatment plan.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS),antral contraction frequency,cholecystokinin(CCK),gastric emptying time,antral motility index,and safety were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total clinical effective rate of the study group(91.23%,52/57)was higher than that of the control group(77.19%,44/57),P<0.05.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the CCK of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the MTL,GAS,antral contraction frequency and antral motility index of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the study group had shorter gastric emptying time(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction in either group.ConclusionsLiqi Xiaozhang oral liquid combined with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets in the treatment of FD can alleviate symptoms,regulate the expression of gastrointestinal hormones,and promote the recovery of gastric motility,which is safe and effective.
