摘　　要：为实现对便携式线路检查仪垂向和横向振动加速度量值的检测需求,采用基于电液伺服控制技术研制一种便携式线路检查仪专用检测装置,它由振动台台体、液压油源系统和振动信号采集控制系统等组成,运用双传感器闭环控制来产生低频大位移标准正弦振动。通过现场试验结果表明,专用检测装置可用于对便携式线路检查仪加速度量值的检测,且检测方法和数据对于验证判断便携式线路检查仪的量值准确可靠有重要的参考和指导作用。To achieve the detection requirements for vertical and lateral vibration acceleration values of the portable railway track inspection instrument,a dedicated detection device for the portable railway track inspection instrument is developed based on electro-hydraulic servo control technology,it consists of a vibration ta⁃ble body,a hydraulic oil source system,a vibration signal acquisition and control system,and using dual sensor closed-loop control to generate low-frequency large displacement standard sine vibration.The field test results indicate that the dedicated detection device can be used to detect the acceleration value of the portable railway track inspection instrument,and the detection methods and data have important reference and guidance for verifying the accuracy and reliability of the measurement values of the portable railway track inspection instrument.
