摘　　要：基于PLC仿真软件PLCSIM及虚拟工厂软件FactoryIO设计物料分拣虚拟仿真系统,在FactoryIO中配置物料分拣系统的传送带、电机、传感器、分拣器和开关按钮等设备和元器件,完成FactoryIO与PLC仿真软件PLCSIM的驱动配置,编写PLC控制程序及组态触摸屏,将PLC程序下载至PLCSIM启动运行,同时启动触摸屏仿真运行,实现物料分拣虚拟仿真系统的仿真运行与调试。Design a virtual simulation system for material sorting based on PLC simulation software PLCSIM and virtual factory software FactoryIO.Configure the transmission belt,motor,sensor,sorter,and switch buttons of the material sorting system in FactoryIO,configure the I/O port drive between FactoryIO and PLCSIM,write PLC control programs and configure the touch screen,download the PLC program to PLCSIM to start running,and start the touch screen simulation run at the same time,Implement the simulation operation and debugging of a virtual simulation system for material sorting.
