摘  要:AGV无人搬运小车是一种通过电脑控制或利用电磁轨道来设立其行进路线的自动化搬运设备。昆船公司研发的BJ311型AGV小车在运行过程中出现转向电机或编码器损坏故障时,会导致AGV小车无法使用手持终端半自动控制进行转向,只能使用液压叉车将AGV整体叉取,移出现场,该方式危险性高,且操作难度大。研制了一种由固定机构、连接机构、啮合机构、转向机构四部分组成的可以对AGV小车转向轮进行手动控制的手动辅助转向操作装置,实现了故障AGV小车快速转移,较好地解决了使用液压车叉取的危险性问题,有效提升了故障处理效率。The AGV unmanned handling trolley is an automated handling device that establishes its travel path by computer control or by using electromagnetic tracks.When the steering motor or encoder of BJ311 AGV trolley researched and developed by KSEC is damaged during operation,the AGV trolley cannot be turned by semi-automatic control of the handheld terminal.Only hydraulic fork lift can be used to fork the AGV as a whole and remove it from the site.This mode is of high risk and difficult operation.A manual auxiliary steering device composed of a fixed mechanism,a connecting mechanism,a meshing mechanism and a steering mechanism,which can manually control the steering wheel of an AGV trolley,realizes the fast transfer of a faulty AGV trolley,solves the dangerous problem of using a hydraulic truck to fork,and effectively improves the fault treatment efficiency.
