摘 要:目的构建炎症性肠病专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,为炎症性肠病专科护士培养提供参考依据。方法查阅国内外文献和参考相关指南,根据护士核心能力的相关要求及半结构式访谈结果,形成初步体系,运用德尔菲专家函询法和层次分析法,确定炎症性肠病专科护士核心能力评价指标。结果该研究共进行2轮专家函询,2轮函询中专家积极系数均为100.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.863、0.877,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.193~0.385和0.217~0.427。最终确立的炎症性肠病专科护士核心能力评价指标体系包括5个一级指标、15个二级指标、67个三级指标。结论炎症性肠病专科护士核心能力评价指标构建过程科学、合理,内容全面,可为炎症性肠病专科护士的培训、考核及评价提供参考依据。Objective To establish an evaluation index system for the core competence of nurses in the department of inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD),and to provide references for the training of IBD specialist nurses.Methods After literature review on based on IBD nurses′core competence and semi-structured interviews,a preliminary system was formed.The final version was established using the Delphi method and hierarchy analysis.Results The positive coefficient of experts in the rounds of letter consultation were both 100.00%,with the coefficient of expert authority of 0.863 and 0.877,respectively.The Kendall harmony coefficients of the two rounds were 0.193~0.385 and 0.217~0.427,respectively.The final system consisted of 5 first-level,15 second-level and 67 third-level indexes.Conclusion The evaluation system established in this study is scientific,comprehensive and reliable,which can provide references for the training and evaluation of IBD nurses.
