摘 要:目的探讨核心自我评价在精神科临床护士职业获益感与工作投入间的中介效应,为提高护士工作投入水平提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2023年11-12月使用一般资料调查表、护士职业获益感问卷、核心自我评价量表、工作投入量表对青岛市精神卫生中心232名精神科临床护士进行问卷调查。采用SPSS 26.0和Process 4.1宏程序进行统计学分析。结果精神科临床护士职业获益感、核心自我评价及工作投入的总分分别为(123.96±15.27)分、(36.05±6.85)分和(41.07±15.42)分。护士职业获益感与工作投入、核心自我评价均呈正相关(r=0.610,P<0.001;r=0.599,P<0.001);工作投入与核心自我评价也呈正相关(r=0.885,P<0.001);核心自我评价在护士职业获益感间与工作投入间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的79.508%。结论核心自我评价在护士职业获益感与工作投入间起部分中介作用,建议护理管理者可通过提高精神科临床护士职业获益感和核心自我评价,提升护士工作投入水平。Objective To explore the mediating effect of core self-evaluation between perceived professional benefits and work engagement among psychiatric clinical nurse,so as to provide references to improve their work engagement.Methods Between November and December 2023,232 psychiatric clinical nurses in Qingdao mental health center were selected and surveyed using a general information questionnaire,the questionnaire of nurses′perceived professional benefits(QNPPB),core self-evaluations scale(CSES)and the utrecht work engagement scale(UWES).SPSS 26.0 and Process 4.1 macro programs were used for statistical analysis.Results The total scores of QNPPB,CSES and UWES were(123.96±15.27),(36.05±6.85)and(41.07±15.42)points,respectively.The QNPPB score was positively correlated to the CSES and UWES scores(r=0.599,P<0.001;r=0.610,P<0.001).Moreover,the CSES score was of positive correlation with the UWES score(r=0.885,P<0.001).Core self-evaluation played a partial mediating role between nurses′sense of professional benefit and job engagement,accounting for 79.508%of the total effect.Conclusions Core self-evaluation plays a mediating role between nurses′perceived professional benefits and work engagement of clinical nurses in psychiatric department.It is suggested that nursing managers can improve their job involvement by improving their sense of professional benefit and core self-evaluation.
