摘 要:为了对教师进行准确客观的绩效评价,并为教师分类与分级管理提供科学依据,本研究提出了一种基于改进粒子群算法的优化模糊推理教师绩效考核模型。该模型构建了多维度的教师绩效评价指标体系,对评价指标中的模糊概念进行量化处理,并通过建立模糊推理模型实现对教师的模糊综合评价。同时,利用改进粒子群算法来确定模型的惯性权重值,以提高评估精度。结果显示,在Kaggle数据集和LIBSVM数据集中进行测试,改进粒子群算法分别迭代36次和25次即可寻得最优参数值。而且,构建的绩效考核模型所计算的教师绩效考核分数与原始标准结果较接近,平均误差小于0.05,说明该模型可以提高教师绩效考核的客观性、公正性、准确性,以及评价过程中的自动化水平,为进行有效的绩效考核评价提供了理论支持。To achieve accurate and objective performance evaluation of teachers and to provide scientific basis for the classification and grading management,a model for teacher performance assessment using an improved particle swarm algorithm to optimize fuzzy inference was proposed.The model constructs a multi-dimensional evaluation index system for teacher performance,quantifies the fuzzy concepts within the evaluation indicators,and achieves a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation of teachers by establishing a fuzzy reasoning model.Meanwhile,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to determine the inertia weight value of the model,thereby enhancing the evaluation accuracy.The results show that in the Kaggle dataset and LIBSVM dataset,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was able to find the optimal parameter values after 36 and 25 iterations,respectively.The teacher performance evaluation score calculated by the performance evaluation model are close to the original standard results,with an average error of less than 0.05,indicating that the model can enhance the objectivity,fairness,and accuracy of teacher performance evaluation and the level of automation in the evaluation process.It also provides support for conducting effective performance evaluation assessments.
