具有侨校特色的环境工程专业人才培养新思路及其建设路径

摘　　要：该研究以华侨大学环境工程专业为案例,深入分析了环境工程专业在新时代大变局下的社会需求特点,积极拓展专业建设新理念,以科学研判和时代适配为指引,并结合学校办学定位与特色,坚持以学生为中心、以产出为导向,守正创新、持续改进。通过确定适配时代要求的培养目标与毕业要求,有机融合课程思政,完善合理支撑课程体系等,以期建构新形势下具有侨校特色的环境工程专业本科人才培养新方案,并探索其具体建设路径。In this paper,we took the environmental engineering major at Huaqiao University as a case study to thoroughly comprehend the social demand characteristics of the environmental engineering discipline amidst the great changes of the new era.It actively expands new concepts for program construction,guided by scientific assessment and alignment with the times,and in conjunction with the university's educational positioning and distinctive features.The approach insists on a student-centered,outcome-oriented philosophy,upholding innovation and continuous improvement.By establishing educational goals and graduation requirements that meet the demands of the era,integrating curriculum ideology organically,and refining a rational support system for courses,the aim is to construct a new model for undergraduate environmental engineering talent cultivation with the characteristics of overseas Chinese schools and to explore specific pathways for its construction.
