摘　　要：城市绿化是我国生态文明建设的重要组成部分和传播人与自然和谐共生的生态文化载体。伴随中国式现代化的推进,城市绿化在加强城市生态环境建设、创造良好人居环境、促进城市可持续发展中的作用日益凸显。为促进城市绿化可持续发展,本文将阐释国外相关理论的形成背景、核心内涵和演进历程,以期为我国城市绿化规划、建设与治理等提供理论借鉴与实践指导。International theories on urban greening provide theoretical framework and guidance for China*s urban greening research and practice.This article explores major theories on sustainable development,biodiversity,ecosystem service,landscape ecology,restoration ecology,close-to-natural forest management,and public participation.It reviews the background,evolution,and core concepts of the theories,and discusses their strength and application in urban greening practices.
