摘  要:为解决当前高速公路运输碳排放测算时统计对象不全面、计算精度差的问题,建立了一种基于高速公路收费系统数据的车辆碳排放计量模型。该模型基于高速公路收费系统的路段车流数据,将高速公路目标路段的车辆分为1~4类客车、1~6类货车,每类车进一步分为不同能源类型,同时考虑道路条件、气温、车辆行驶速度、车辆载重等方面对能源消耗的影响,以某一高速公路路段为例,进行碳排放计算。结果表明:基于收费系统数据的车辆碳排放计量模型能以较高的精度测算不同类型车辆在高速公路上的碳排放量;高速公路碳排放主要来自1类客车(即小汽车)和6类货车。该研究成果可为交管部门、高速公路运营企业提供准确的碳排放数据,以支持制定有效的碳减排政策。To solve the problem of incomplete statistical objects and poor calculation accuracy in the current calculation of carbon emissions from highway transportation,a vehicle carbon emission measurement model based on highway toll system data is established.This model is based on the traffic flow data of the highway toll system,dividing the vehicles on the target section of the highway into 1~4 categories of passenger cars and 1~6 categories of trucks.Each type of vehicle is further divided into different energy types,taking into account the impact of road conditions,temperature,vehicle speed and truck load on energy consumption.The carbon emissions calculation of a certain highway section shows that the vehicle carbon emission measurement model based on toll system data can accurately measure the carbon emissions of different types of vehicles on the highway;The carbon emissions from highways mainly come from Class 1 passenger cars and Class 6 trucks.This research result can provide accurate carbon emission data for traffic management departments and highway operation enterprises,supporting the formulation of effective carbon reduction policies.
