十一味参芪片对肿瘤术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨十一味参芪片对肿瘤术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏的影响。方法将154例肿瘤术后化疗患者根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组(n=77)和对照组(n=77),两组患者均予以对症支持治疗,观察组额外予以十一味参芪片口服治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者Piper疲乏自评量表评分、T淋巴细胞亚群水平及免疫球蛋白(Ig)水平。结果治疗后,两组患者Piper疲乏自评量表各维度评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组患者Piper疲乏自评量表各维度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均较治疗前升高,CD8^(+)水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、IgA、IgG、IgM水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论十一味参芪片用于肿瘤术后化疗患者可缓解癌因性疲乏症状,有效改善免疫功能。Objective To investigate the effect of Eleven Shenqi tablets on cancer-related fatigue in tumor patients with postoperative chemotherapy.Method A total of 154 tumor patients with postoperative chemotherapy were divided into observation group(n=77)and control group(n=77)according to the different treatment methods.Both groups were given symptomatic supportive treatment,and the observation group was given additional treatment of Eleven Shenqi tab-lets.Piper fatigue self-rating scale score,T lymphocyte subsets levels and immunoglobulin(Ig)levels were compared be-tween the two groups before and after treatment.Result After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of Piper fatigue self-rating scale in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of all dimensions of Piper fatigue self-rating scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in both groups were higher than those be-fore treatment,the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than those before treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),IgA,IgG,IgM and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8^(+)level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Eleven Shenqi tablets can re-lieve the symptoms of cancer-related fatigue,improve the immune function in tumor patients with postoperative chemo-therapy.
