摘　　要：目的探讨TCM模式干预对肺癌根治术患者肺功能的影响。方法将2022年1—12月采取常规干预的58例肺癌根治术患者作为对照组,将2023年1—12月采取常规干预+TCM模式干预的62例肺癌根治术患者作为观察组。比较两组患者的肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大自主通气量(MVV)及用力肺活量(FVC)]、生活质量[卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分]、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组患者FEV1、MVV、FVC均较干预前升高,且观察组患者FEV1、MVV、FVC均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者KPS评分均较干预前升高,且观察组患者KPS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论TCM模式干预可有效改善肺癌根治术患者的肺功能,提高生活质量及护理满意度,降低并发症发生风险,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of TCM mode intervention on lung function in patients with lung can-cer undergoing radical surgery.Method A total of 58 patients with lung cancer undergoing radical surgery who received conventional intervention from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group,and 62 patients who re-ceived conventional intervention plus TCM mode intervention from January to December 2023 were selected as the obser-vation group.The pulmonary function indexes[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),maximal voluntary venti-lation(MVV)and forced vital capacity(FVC)],quality of life[Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score],complica-tions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result After intervention,the FEV1,MVV and FVC in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the FEV1,MVV and FVC in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,KPS scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and KPS score in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM mode intervention can effectively improve lung function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction,reduce the risk of complications,and has clinical application value.
