Objective To investigate the status of post traumatic growth of patients with cervical cancer(CC)after surgery and its influencing factors.Method A total of 105 CC patients were investigated with PTGI.Multiple linear re-gression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of post traumatic growth in CC patients.Result The post traumatic growth inventory(PTGI)score of 105 CC patients was(53.50±7.68)points.The PTGI scores of CC patients with family per capita income<5000 yuan, low level of gratitude, low level of self-disclosure and negative compassion were significantly lower than those of patients with per capita family income≥5000 yuan, high level of gratitude, high level of self-disclosure and positive compassion, respectively, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that family per capita monthly income, gratitude level,self-disclo-sure and self-compassion were influencing factors for post traumatic growth of CC patients(P<0.01).Conclusion The level of post traumatic growth of CC patients is medium, and it is affected by family per capita income, gratitude level,self-disclosure and self-compassion.
